Responsibilities:
- Report to Director of Product Design.
- Help evolve core product and new markets.
- Contribute to design process from start to finish.
- Set creative bar for evolving projects.
- Establish and enforce design guidelines.
- Collaborate with teams across customer lifecycle.
- Create and iterate prototypes and visuals.
- Work closely with engineers for high-quality output.
- Craft high-quality work and inspire team.
- Help establish company design culture.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product design.
- Excellent visual, verbal, UI, and interaction skills.
- Comprehensive experience with interactive products.
- Passion for customer delight.
- Experience with frontend frameworks and tools.
- Production code (React, Next.js) is a plus.
- Animation experience is a plus.
