Responsibilities
- Improve existing design solutions and evolve brand language
- Create elegant solutions to complex problems
- Think holistically about user journey and product ecosystem
- Design usable, educational, and relevant concepts for the platform
- Contribute to OKRs, product strategy, vision, and roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on evolving solutions
- Take initiative from concept and discovery through delivery
- Ensure a consistent user journey with upstream and downstream teams
- Be data-driven and measure/improve the experience
- Facilitate user research and testing for usability and consistency
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge of visual design principles and keen eye for details
- Ability to prototype large product concepts and micro-interactions
- Familiarity with a systems approach to design
- Experience with research, sketching, wireframes, and prototyping
- Proven ability to empathize with customers and generate ideas
- Ability to adapt in shifting internal and external landscapes
- Deep passion for product impact in the world
- Clear application of service design and information architecture
- Excellent storytelling in portfolio presentations
