Senior Product Manager Full Time

Summary:

MillerKnoll is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team, focusing on data integrations across a portfolio of digital tools. The role involves collaborating with Engineering teams, gathering requirements, and managing product features and updates. This position is crucial for driving operational efficiency and growth within MillerKnoll’s digital tools, enabling both internal and external user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manages a set of internal digital tools that integrate with digital products throughout MillerKnoll.

• Defines product features and requirements and leads the implementation of new digital products and/or updates.

• Develops, drives, and implements product plans and strategies.

• Ensures user acceptance, performance, and post-production testing is conducted.

• Evaluates and communicates performance of digital properties.

• Leads cross-functional project teams to implement and maintain product features.

• Manages third-party vendors in support of digital properties.

• Utilizes analytics and customer research to measure product effectiveness.

• Collaborates with product managers, engineers, and enterprise architects on technology and product architecture.

• Proactively recommends process changes and provides feedback on system needs.

• Provides consulting, guidance, troubleshooting, and solutions to client challenges.

• Researches and maintains knowledge of emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

• 6+ years of professional experience in product management and software engineering.

• Understanding of the Contract Furniture industry.

• Experience working with multiple Agile engineering teams.

• Experience managing data structuring, mapping, API creation, and merchandising.

• Proven ability to be a product advocate.

• Ability to prioritize competing needs and make decisions in ambiguous situations.

• In-depth understanding of technology systems and the ecosystem the team works in.

• Experience with new tools and technologies.

• Comfortable developing use cases and presenting to senior leadership.

• Natural problem-solver with strong relationship-building skills.
