Responsibilities
- Drive creation of high-impact features and integrations for business clients and end consumers
- Translate market signals and user insights into clear, prioritized product requirements
- Develop and execute a product strategy aligned with business objectives and market dynamics
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback for product innovation
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding cross-functional teams including sales and marketing
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Analyze product data, user engagement, and key metrics to measure performance and iterate
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Political Science, Psychology, CS, or Engineering
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or B2B2C
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment with a proactive approach
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
