Responsibilities
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research to prioritize the product roadmap
- Collaborate with UX Design, Customer Experience, and Sales to gather customer insights
- Work closely with Software Engineering teams to incorporate technical feedback
- Drive a lean and agile development process with data-driven experiments
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to gather information
- Define and own measurable success metrics for initiatives
- Lead research initiatives to identify customer problems and opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with experience in the Enterprise space
- 3+ years in a lean and agile product development environment
- Experience delivering and managing Salesforce products
- Experience with building integrations involving Salesforce and third-party apps
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (nice to have)
- Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies
- Experience with design thinking and user-centric design
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align short-term and long-term objectives
- Strong communicator and persuasive writer
- Solid technical understanding and experience in software development
- Obsession with learning and staying updated on B2B SaaS platform development
