Responsibilities
- Champion Fringe’s product vision and strategy internally and externally
- Align user insights with business goals for valuable solutions
- Lead user research, discovery, prototyping, and testing efforts
- Serve as main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize data and analytics to guide product decisions and measure success
- Partner with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategies
- Promote continuous improvement within Product and Engineering Teams
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management and 2+ years with tech-powered products
- Understand intersection of technology and product, with technical communication skills
- Passionate about discovering and delivering valuable customer solutions
- Excel at solving problems with innovative solutions
- Deeply understand users and transform insights into user-centered solutions
- Grasp business constraints and develop valuable, viable solutions
- Influence decisions through data and logical reasoning
- Adaptable and seek out change, tracking industry trends
- Accountable, willing to take responsibility for outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to learn and engage with various business functions
- Thrive in collaborative environments with clear rationale for decisions
