Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product roadmap for Loan Lifecycle team
- Partner with engineering, finance, compliance, and legal teams
- Lead efforts to enhance platform capabilities and reporting infrastructure
- Drive operational improvements to increase efficiency, stability, and scalability
- Serve as internal subject matter expert on systems best practices
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in finance or fintech
- Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience defining and driving strategies for financial or data platforms
- Proven track record of managing high-impact platform and data products
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
