Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Research and Data.
- Build zero-to-one products/features or product optimisations.
- Run A/B or MVT tests to drive business outcomes.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new features.
- Champion simplicity and learn fast through failures.
- Share knowledge and help develop the team’s capability.
- Discuss complex subjects and adapt language as needed.
- Represent the voice of the customer in team discussions.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years as a Product Manager in B2B/B2C.
- Intellectually curious and enjoys problem-solving.
- Experience in Agile development (Scrum/Kanban).
- Skilled in sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Bonus: eCommerce product experience.
