- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Know the HRTech industry, competitive landscape, and company strategy
Requirements
- Strong execution and product delivery skills
- Led a cross-functional, remote product team with agile methods
- Ability to energize and inspire your team
- Experience or passion for building products with generative AI
- Highly organized and comfortable with complexity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical skills with actionable recommendations from data
- Understanding of design thinking and user research methodologies
- Experience partnering with UX Designers and minimizing dependencies
