Senior Product Manager – SEO Full Time

Summary:

  • Redfin is seeking a Senior SEO Product Manager to join their Growth team and focus on building an online audience for the company.
  • This role will drive SEO strategy, ensuring the web experience is optimized for both people and search engines.
  • The Senior Product Manager will set the technical SEO roadmap, work with product managers and engineers, and oversee SEO hygiene across the platform.
  • The position requires a deep understanding of technical SEO and web performance, as well as the ability to communicate SEO initiatives effectively to leadership and teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the technical SEO roadmap by conducting thorough audits and evaluations of the website relative to competitors.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to maintain SEO hygiene and ensure new features meet SEO requirements.
  • Partner with analytics teams to monitor and report on key metrics related to traffic, rankings, crawl, indexation, site performance, and overall SEO health.
  • Communicate SEO initiatives, progress, and performance to leadership, peers, and partner organizations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Identify issues and opportunities to maintain and improve Redfin’s position as the third most-visited real estate website, proposing efficient and scalable solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in-house on enterprise websites (1M+ pages) with a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth.
  • Thorough understanding of website best practices and factors that influence search rankings, crawl health, and indexation.
  • Ability to deploy a comprehensive SEO strategy that includes technical, UX, and marketing components.
  • Excellent communication skills to distill complex problems into simple, actionable insights for the team and executives.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to changing business priorities.
