Senior Product Manager – SP1 MAT Lead Full Time

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver on OKRs for fintech engagement and retention
• Lead cross-functional MAT team, manage performance and outcomes
• Create, launch, and study PRDs and experiments, define KPIs
• Manage stakeholders, including executives and adjacent MAT leads
• Analyze data from Amplitude, UXR research, Hotjar, etc., for insights
• Own the customer experience from end to end in your domain
• Build customer empathy through research and product engagement

Requirements

• 3+ years in B2C product management with focus on engagement/retention
• 3+ years collaborating with design, engineering, and data teams
• Experience leading teams and shipping products from 0 to 10
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Data-driven analytical thinking with examples and facts
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a bias for action
• Background in financial products or consumer mobile fintechs
