Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable systems for a cutting-edge digital experience
- Champion innovation with tools that improve user experience and support growth
- Ensure website infrastructure meets performance, security, and accessibility standards
- Build self-service tools and training programs for non-technical teams
- Lead CRO with A/B testing and data-driven changes to enhance engagement
- Collaborate with teams to create seamless user journeys
- Manage project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Set standards for documentation and continuous learning
- Monitor and optimize website performance, including page load times and mobile responsiveness
- Oversee content management and align with brand guidelines
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- Proven leadership in building high-performing, motivated teams
- Expertise in website management tools, CMS, and A/B testing
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts
- Team player with a focus on positivity, accountability, and continuous learning
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented problem solver
