Responsibilities:
- Own and develop buyer personas and customer insights.
- Define positioning and messaging framework for products.
- Define go-to-market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with marketing and demand generation teams.
- Deliver sales enablement materials to support the sales team.
- Support content creation by collaborating with content and design teams.
- Deliver market and competitor analysis.
- Own metrics and reporting related to product marketing efforts.
- Support customer engagement throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Ability to own and evolve effective buyer personas—knowledgeable about customer intent, needs, and behavior.
- Strong ability to lead stakeholder communication and collaboration, with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage work and collaborate with other teams to meet objectives.
- Skilled in storytelling and messaging—able to translate product functionality into customer needs and desires.
- Proficient in managing data and research, with the ability to draw conclusions from various types of information.
- Naturally curious and always seeking to understand, improve, and add value.
- Familiarity with brand, demand generation, and sales team needs and motivations.
- Strong understanding of SaaS product marketing.
