Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end development of core architecture.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop frameworks.
- Design scalable systems for platform growth.
- Contribute to infrastructure for data pipelines.
- Solve backend engineering problems (Python, Flask).
- Set technical best practices and mentor engineers.
- Interview candidates and refine recruiting processes.
Requirements:
- Strong backend engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python and Flask.
- Experience with scalable systems design.
- Ability to mentor and lead engineering teams.
- Experience in data ingestion pipelines.
- Ability to interview and hire new engineers.
