Senior Program Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex technical programs aligned with organizational goals
• Ensure standards for planning, sequencing, and tracking product delivery
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to negotiate trade-offs
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Solve problems using data, logs, and system documentation
• Engage in architecture discussions to guide design decisions
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
• Implement and coach teams on Agile values and principles
• Mentor team members on best practices in project management

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in Software Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years in software development, with 6+ years as a Program Manager
• Experience managing cross-functional schedules in an agile environment
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, including administration
• Technical fluency to discuss technology concepts with teams
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe certification preferred
