Senior Program Manager, Corporate Programs Full Time

Summary:

The Senior Program Manager, Corporate Programs at Coinbase leads high-visibility initiatives to mitigate risks using data insights. Coinbase, a crypto pioneer, drives economic freedom via its onchain platform, offering a fast-paced, remote US environment for cross-functional program excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Own the monthly Risk Metrics Meeting (RMM) and produce all related live and asynchronous content end-to-end.
• Align with business leaders and teams on metric definitions, thresholds, and remediation plans when metrics exceed thresholds.
• Update program governance and guidelines, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, decision-making, and change management procedures.
• Lead special projects to streamline processes, optimize tooling, or create improved insights using AI/LLM.
• Draft and execute clear communication plans using appropriate channels and publish high-quality documentation.
• Set a framework to drive accountability across the program, building strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Manage other high-priority programs or projects for the Corporate Programs team as needed.
• Potentially hire and build a small team to support risk programs and related operations.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in program management at a leading tech company, ideally fintech.
• Experience in data analysis (e.g., SQL) and building dashboards (e.g., SuperSet, Hex, Looker).
• Experience working directly with product and engineering teams, familiar with incident processes.
• Has led direct reports of program or project managers.
• Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, able to turn incomplete or conflicting inputs into clear plans.
• Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal, able to facilitate dialogues with senior stakeholders and drive outcomes.
