Senior Project Manager – Incubation Full Time

Responsibilities

• Manage high-impact pilot/special projects from concept to launch
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with comprehensive plans
• Assess new concepts and provide feedback to Product department
• Utilize data insights for decision-making throughout the project
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success
• Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and resources
• Ensure documentation and processes for successful production launch
• Create and adapt training materials for workforce onboarding
• Manage CloudWorkers workforce readiness for new use cases
• Define and ensure quality standards through reviews and audits
• Keep up with technology developments and validate them
• Engage with stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide updates
• Resolve project issues, manage scope changes, and implement corrective actions
• Track performance metrics and prepare status reports
• Lead and coordinate project team, assign tasks, and foster collaboration
• Implement process improvements and best practices
• Lead by example, demonstrate professionalism, and commit to team processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or technology field
• 5-8 years of experience in project management, including large-scale projects
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Risk management, change management, and continuity planning skills
• Effective stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
• Strategic thinking and alignment with organizational strategy
• Background in AI/Machine Learning industry is desirable
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Linguistics is advantageous
• Native or Fluent in English; additional language is advantageous
