Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, demonstrating success in test strategy, planning, execution, and maintenance.
At least 3 years of experience with automated testing tools, including advanced scripting for automation and the development of custom testing frameworks.
Proven leadership in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to drive QA strategies within rapid development cycles.
Expertise in continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines, optimizing automated tests for efficiency and speed.
Advanced proficiency in programming languages relevant to test automation (such as Python).
Deep knowledge of databases and SQL, with experience executing complex data validation and interacting with databases.
Proficient in defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla, with a strong track record in bug reporting, tracking, and resolution processes.
Exceptional collaborative skills, with proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Experience using Linux, Jenkins, VMWare, Bash scripting, and REST API.
Previous debugging experience and good networking knowledge.
