Responsibilities:
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from planning to release.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with teams to review and clarify project scope.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Escalate risks affecting project timelines and deliverables.
- Proactively identify improvements and enhancements.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Identify, document, and track issues during testing.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery in all assigned work.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with API, functional, compatibility, exploratory, database, and regression testing.
- Extensive experience testing web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in writing test plans, creating test cases, and managing defect logs.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and managing test statuses.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
A Significant Advantage:
- Familiarity with test case and test management software like X-Ray.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium or WebdriverIO.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes.
