Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives in alignment with GTM strategy
- Implement scalable processes across systems with focus on efficiency
- Identify and evaluate process automation opportunities
- Conduct root cause analysis to define problems and implement solutions
- Leverage BPM methodologies like Six Sigma and Agile to optimize processes
- Collaborate with teams to improve integration between Salesforce and other systems
- Monitor process adoption, data compliance, and governance
- Maintain data integrity within Salesforce and other systems
Requirements
- Several years of relevant experience in business, revenue, or sales operations
- Experience with tools like Leandata, Zapier, or Camunda for automating processes
- BSc/MSc degree in Management, Business, or a similar field
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
- Expertise in project lifecycle phases from initiation to closure
- Deep SFDC expertise and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools
- Experience with Business Process Methodologies (preferred)
- SaaS and B2B experience (preferred)
- Experience working remotely and with global startups (preferred)
