• The company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead various project teams in implementing Salesforce-based IT solutions for their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead various project teams in the implementation of customer projects.
• Advise on the alignment and design of Salesforce-based IT solutions for clients, including requirements management and solution conceptualization.
• Analyze and document existing processes to map them in Salesforce.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients’ challenges.
• Serve as the interface between clients and developers.
• Conduct training and workshops to prepare clients for go-live.
• Continuously pursue further education and certification in Salesforce.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.
• Several years of experience as a consultant or project lead in Salesforce environments.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ideally, knowledge of JavaScript and HTML.
• Knowledge of C++ or Java is a plus.
