Summary:
Nile Bits is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role involves leading critical projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and improving processes while working in a flexible remote/hybrid environment with a diverse tech team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions (configuration and custom)
- Lead design conversations with Salesforce team
- Work alongside developers and admins
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents
- Document technical approaches and share knowledge
- Take ownership of work and communicate effectively
- Improve team processes and ways of working
- Support admins and stakeholders with technical expertise
- Connect with wider tech team as Salesforce champion
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience designing Salesforce solutions
- Experience with Sales and Service Cloud
- Development skills in Apex, Visualforce, LWC
- Understanding of Salesforce data/security models
- Experience with integrations including AWS Events
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented and open-minded attitude
- Confidence to voice opinions respectfully
- Motivation for in-house Salesforce work
