- As a (Senior) SAP HCM ABAP / Fiori Consultant (m/w/d), you will be involved in advising clients on future topics such as S/4HANA or SAP Success Factors migrations and implementing the appropriate solutions – all while enjoying the comfort of your home office.
Responsibilities:
- You will be the technical consultant for clients, supporting them in the design and implementation of innovative IT solutions in SAP HCM data migration and transformation projects.
- You will be responsible for implementing customer requirements through the programming and customization of ABAP, Web Dynpro, and/or Fiori applications in the SAP HCM environment.
- This also includes the introduction and expansion of SAP ESS/MSS scenarios.
- You will participate in client workshops and training sessions and may conduct them independently.
Requirements:
- You have successfully completed your studies or training in a commercial or technical field.
- In the last 2-3 years, you have gained experience and knowledge in ABAP/Fiori development and ideally have good knowledge of the SAP HCM module.
- You have experience in mentoring and coaching juniors and trainees and enjoy this responsibility.
- You speak German at a very high or native level, as well as fluent English, and can effectively communicate technical details to stakeholders.
