Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend and frontend systems
- Lead end-to-end development process from design to deployment
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployment
- Identify and solve performance and scalability bottlenecks
- Utilize monitoring tools to track system performance
- Manage workload and deliver projects on time
- Communicate progress, challenges, and updates with stakeholders
- Build and maintain core platform with PHP, NodeJS/NestJS/Typescript, Go, and ReactJS
- Implement serverless solutions and integrate new technologies
- Advocate for best practices in software engineering
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions
- Foster teamwork and contribute to a positive work culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years experience in software development
- Proficiency in PHP, NodeJS/NestJS/Typescript, Go, and ReactJS
- Experience with cloud platforms and serverless architectures (AWS)
- Understanding of software design principles, SOLID principles, and clean code
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in CcaaS, CPaaS, Telco, or Voice-related domains is a plus
