Senior Software Engineer Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead small to large initiatives within your squad in partnership with Product and Design
• Help lead and manage your domain, owning initiatives from inception to completion
• Collaborate on technical vision and promote a culture of excellence and innovation
• Champion maintenance and continuous improvement of codebase
• Mentor engineers in career development and skill enhancement
• Partner with stakeholders throughout the product delivery lifecycle
• Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

• Senior Engineer I: 4+ years full-stack experience building well-architected systems
• Senior Engineer II: 5+ years full-stack experience building well-architected systems
• Staff Engineer: 7+ years full-stack experience and 2+ years of technical leadership
• Track record of leading and delivering complex projects
• Desire to work in a high-velocity environment
• Front-end specialists: experience in great user experiences and design
• Backend specialists: proficiency in modern backend system design and architecture
