Responsibilities:
- Discovery work and writing technical design proposals.
- Building, debugging, and testing products.
- Writing automated tests and doing manual testing.
- Participating in release planning and roll-outs.
- Measuring impact and iterating.
- Work across the stack from the user experience to backend.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and automation.
- Perform on-call duties on a rotating basis.
Requirements:
- Production experience with programming languages.
- Experience with large-scale systems for scalability.
- Highly collaborative with a strong enthusiasm for code reviews.
- Knowledgeable about design patterns and testability.
- Customer-focused mindset with good instincts.
- Willingness to learn.
Benefits:
- Salary range: $70,000-$170,000 USD.
