Responsibilities:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to build a platform layer integrating with customer success platforms and digital channels.
- Execute on the company’s ambitious product roadmap.
- Provide ideas to improve development practices.
- Review team’s code, provide feedback, foster collaboration, and teach team members.
- Ensure the AI Agent platform delivers the best experience for internal developers and external partners.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, addressing production issues for the services the team owns.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Backend/Full Stack Developer.
- Proficient with backend technologies such as Python and Node.js (TypeScript is an asset).
- Experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and Redis.
- Experience with third-party LLMs like GPT, Azure, and Anthropic.
- Experience deploying code and strong developer operations.
- Strong commitment to personal growth and continuous learning.
- Ability to make those around you better through collaboration and mentoring.
- Self-starter with problem-solving and strong communication skills.
- Experience working with public APIs for building reliable third-party integrations.
