Responsibilities
- Develop backend applications using architecture, monitoring, and product knowledge
- Develop and maintain automated test suites
- Debug production issues
- Create market-leading solutions and mentor junior developers
- Work closely with developers, business stakeholders, and product owners
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional hands-on experience
- Demonstrable experience leading engineers
- Strong systems architecture and coding/scripting skills
- Experience with service-oriented architectures and complex systems
- Comfortable with ambiguity and translating requirements into technical design
- Proficient in Golang or Ruby, or willingness to work with these languages
