- You’ll work closely with the internal development team to build and modify features supporting the growth and enhancement of the technology, focusing on stable scalability.
- The portal team is responsible for the web portal and various service lines integrated into the portal, including the call center platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new features and improve upon existing features.
- Diagnose and resolve bugs to ensure error-free experience for clients and staff.
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve performance issues.
- Perform code reviews and mentor team members on best practices, influencing their career development.
- Manage technical debt and improve developer happiness and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience developing software.
- Experience developing reactive web applications.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
