Responsibilities:
- Mentor peers and act as technical role model.
- Develop strong engineering culture within team.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives across teams.
- Own and operate services in production.
- Ensure smooth deployments and performance.
- Perform DevOps duties for CI/CD and deployments.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of work experience.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related.
- Experience with relational/non-relational data modeling.
- Experience with micro-services and event-driven systems.
- Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus).
