Senior Solution Architect Full Time

Responsibilities

• Architecture and design of global deployments for Commvault Software and SaaS
• Design new solutions and software features for service delivery
• Engage with customers to understand their data and management needs
• Design and implement solutions for Data Protection, Multi-Cloud, and DR
• Advise on Cyber Recovery and create implementation proposals
• Create high and low-level design documentation for Enterprise Architectures
• Assess technical readiness for project progression
• Perform data migration to new backup infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex systems in various environments
• Develop software automation for manual processes
• Build strong relationships with peers and vendors
• Stay updated on best practices for project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 10+ years of hands-on Software Architecture experience
• Consulting experience in backup/recovery and data management
• Public Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with SAN/NAS storage hardware
• Proven track record in designing data protection solutions
• Networking fundamentals knowledge
• Hands-on experience with server platforms and containers
• Proficiency in backup and recovery requirements for various applications
• Strong experience with DevOps and modern CI/CD approaches
• Experience with performance tools and network monitoring
• Solid understanding of agile development
• Proven experience building and maintaining complex software platforms
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills
