Senior Solutions Consultant Full Time

Summary:

• Coupa is a leading provider of spend management solutions, using AI and cloud technology to optimize procurement and other business processes for companies of all sizes.
• The Senior Solutions Consultant will play a crucial role in the sales process by demonstrating Coupa’s solutions, providing technical expertise, and assisting in RFPs and platform demonstrations.
• The role requires strong communication skills and technical knowledge to engage with prospects and clients, particularly within the areas of eProcurement and cloud-based financial systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional expertise during the sales process.
• Demonstrate how Coupa’s Solutions can meet and exceed the business needs of prospects.
• Provide strong technical understanding of Coupa’s products, including the ability to discuss architectural integrations.
• Assist with RFPs, platform demonstrations, IT workshops, and document creation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing valuable sales insights to salespeople and prospects.
• Manage accounts where 50-75% of time will be dedicated to travel.
• Help to grow Coupa as a leader in the Cloud Management space.
• Provide platform demonstrations, workshops, and potentially proof of concepts (POC).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in systems applications selling or implementing these applications.
• eProcurement experience is desired, but not required.
• Invoice Management experience is a plus.
• Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) is a plus, as is experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software.
• Previous consulting experience with Ariba, Concur, SAP, iValua, Jaggaer, NetSuite, Great Plains, ACT, Oracle is a solid predictor of success.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Experience in configuring and delivering software demonstrations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and passionate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
