From guiding onboarding to crafting tailored data pipelines, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming raw data into actionable intelligence.
Your role will also focus heavily on effective communication, ensuring technical insights are accessible to a diverse range of stakeholders.

Guide onboarding: Lead clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and supportive transition to our platform.
Engineer data pipelines: Design, implement, and optimize scalable data pipelines tailored to client-specific requirements.
Transform data: Prepare and transform client data to enhance usability and drive value realization.
Be a trusted advisor: Engage deeply with clients to uncover business challenges, clarify technical specifications, and gather feedback.
Present value: Develop compelling presentations and deliver them to senior executives, articulating the value our solutions bring to their organization.
Collaborate across teams: Work with cross-functional teams, sharing insights and best practices to enhance our solutions and processes.
Stay ahead: Continuously learn and adapt to the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies to remain at the forefront of data-driven solutions.

A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in Python and modern data engineering tools.
Proficiency in customizing and optimizing data pipelines and applying transformations to deliver actionable insights.
Excellent communicator: You can distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients of all technical levels.
Think analytically and creatively: You excel at connecting technology to solve core business problems, delivering measurable outcomes.
Independent and team-oriented: You have a structured approach to your work and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Excellent command of German, both written and spoken, is essential. Proficiency in English is a strong plus.
