Responsibilities:
- Work alongside account executives to provide technical introductions of Solo solutions to customers.
- Assist in discovery calls with the sales team to better understand customer challenges related to cloud migrations, microservices environments, and legacy infrastructure.
- Deliver product presentations, demos, and workshops as needed.
- Plan and execute proof-of-concepts to validate Solo.io solutions.
- Guide customers through architectural challenges and integration of cloud-native platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, sales teams, and product teams.
- Maintain knowledge of the product portfolio, related technologies, and the competitive landscape.
- Assist customer success teams to ensure successful adoption of Solo.io solutions.
- Evangelize Solo.io products and related technologies through speaking engagements and content creation (blogs, articles, videos).
Requirements:
- Broad knowledge of cloud environments and experience with Kubernetes.
- Understanding of cloud-native applications and infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of Golang, JavaScript, Python, Rust, or other modern programming languages.
- Working knowledge of the Linux operating system.
- Solid understanding of modern, cloud-native application architectures.
- Solid understanding of cloud environments and their complexities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
