Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with clients from early-stage ideation through to planning for production.
• Contributing ideas and opinions on solving industry challenges.
• Providing good practice guidance and adopting a deploy-to-production mindset.
• Offering technical and industry advocacy on behalf of clients.
• Working alongside peers with deep subject-matter expertise and industry knowledge.
• Contributing to the body of knowledge across networking, cybersecurity, edge computing, and industry analyses.
• Supporting clients in the Swiss market.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with clients and organizations in Switzerland.
• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry (mid-level or senior engineering experience).
• Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize competing demands.
• Demonstrating empathy with customers and quickly identifying challenges and pain points.
• Understanding of how the internet works, including differences between TCP UDP, authoritative DNS, and recursive DNS.
• Understanding of firewalls, TLS, HTTP, and client-server communication.
• Knowledge of the competitive landscape for DDoS, CDN, Performance, DNS, Developer platform, or Zero-Trust/SASE service providers.
• Willingness to travel (15~30 days per quarter).
