Responsibilities:
- You will be part of our interdisciplinary Mobile team and effectively carry out outcome-oriented Product Discovery & Delivery.
- You will strengthen the discovery culture by introducing the appropriate methods.
- You will develop new features and improvements for our mobile app based on user feedback, user behavior, market analysis, and your own ideas.
- You will stay in close contact with customers and internal stakeholders to solve real customer problems in the HERO Product Trio.
Requirements:
- You are familiar with common Product Discovery methods (Opportunity Solution Tree, Experience Mapping, Assumption Testing, etc.).
- You understand the specific challenges in product management and know the relevant design guidelines and best practices.
- You have worked in an agile environment.
- You enjoy working independently and proactively drive your topics forward, with the ability to structure complex topics and break them down into simple, scalable solutions.
- You have a minimum of C1-level proficiency in both German and English.
- Ideally, you already have experience in product management for native mobile apps, particularly for iOS and Android.
