Senior Staff Product Designer Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Shape the AI experience at QuintoAndar and work on high-priority initiatives impacting the overall platform experience.
• Operate at a mature level of strategy with a connection to business impact.
• Deliver valuable contributions, sharing best practices and methodologies with the team and broader chapter.
• Lead complex projects autonomously, often dealing with sophisticated negotiations, mediations, and ecosystem considerations.
• Influence the quality of the craft in the design chapter and mentor other designers.
• Lead processes between squads and teams.
• Highly proficient in interaction design, visual design, motion, and prototyping.
• Generate a wide range of design solutions and bring new explorations for complex, cross-line systemic patterns.
• Understand user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with leaders of other disciplines and influence the roadmap of your line.
• Be a great storyteller and influence senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Exceptional prototyping skills, rapidly visualizing and exploring multiple product design directions.
• Track record of working across the entire product development process, from problem-framing through to detailed UI and visual design.
• World-class portfolio with a track record of designing and shipping industry-leading digital products.
• Experience running workshops and facilitating co-creation sessions.
• Experience presenting design work to senior stakeholders (C-level).
• Knowledge and experience in user psychology, research methodology, and usage data.
• Experience mentoring mid-level and senior designers.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with AI projects (desirable).
