Lead frontend architecture decisions and collaborate with teams to launch new user-facing features and products.
Work closely with the design team to create and implement a best-in-class in-house design system.
Drive improvements in engineering processes and tools for scaling the codebase and team productivity.

Participate in global on-call rotations to maintain 99.999% system availability.

7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on user-facing features and interfaces.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript.
Proven experience in frontend architecture and design systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Passion for building beautiful, performant, and scalable user experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
