Summary:
Tribe.xyz is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to help with sourcing candidates through various channels, working closely with recruiters, and creating talent pipelines for future hires. This role is ideal for someone with strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage with potential candidates effectively. Tribe.xyz provides recruitment services globally, assisting clients in scaling their internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Source suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas.
- Follow up and reach out to different types of candidates to engage with them.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates.
- Book and coordinate the different steps of the recruitment process.
- Measure and record conversion rates.
- Create talent pipelines for current and future hires.
- Interact with potential candidates on professional networks.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on professional platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
- Creative problem-solving and decision-making using analytical skills.
- A minimum of 1 year of initial experience in recruiting or talent acquisition in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced user knowledge of LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS tools would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, minimum C1 is essential.
