Responsibilities:
- Assist with various data projects, including machine learning.
- Support new products and tax initiatives.
- Provide data-driven analysis for tax calculations.
- Develop and execute end-to-end project workflows.
- Track project deadlines and due dates.
- Identify and advocate for process efficiencies.
- Evaluate stakeholder inquiries and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and tax team.
Requirements:
- Interest in tax operations and analytics.
- Ability to handle projects with competing deadlines.
- Strong writing, communication, and research skills.
- Proficiency in analytical design and project leadership.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for Instacart.
- B.S. degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field.
- Preferred: Alteryx, SQL, PowerAutomate, Tableau, etc.
- Preferred tax knowledge: Federal, State/Local, or International Tax.
