Senior Technical Product Manager – DevOps Internal Systems and Tools Full Time

Summary:

Reliance Health seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development of internal systems and tools, enhancing DevOps and IT operations. The role focuses on creating efficient, compliant workflows for healthcare teams, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve roadmaps for internal systems like identity management, deployment tooling, monitoring dashboards, ticketing platforms, and knowledge bases.
• Work closely with non-technical teams (claims, member services, provider relations, etc.) to understand pain points and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design workflows and tools that support compliance by default, helping operational teams stay ahead of compliance, security, and regulatory needs.
• Improve how teams request, access, and use IT services, platforms, and tooling, optimizing incident response processes.
• Partner with IT and DevOps to ensure technical initiatives align with business goals and day-to-day workflows.
• Act as a hub for feedback, issue triage, and prioritization, communicating tradeoffs and timelines clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience as a product manager or program manager, ideally working on internal tools, infrastructure, or service operations.
• Strong empathy for non-technical users, with the ability to listen, translate, and advocate on their behalf.
• Comfort working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, insurance, finance) and collaborating with compliance and security stakeholders.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with internal tools, development platforms, and IT support.
• Solid understanding of the technical domain, even if not an engineer.
• Ability to manage complexity, build trust, and make progress despite shifting priorities or stakeholders needing extra guidance.
