Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the marketing team and product managers to execute coordinated strategic campaigns aligned with product objectives.
- Identify target audiences and pair creative tests to improve unit economics, hitting monthly and quarterly goals.
- Develop test plans, measure performance, and make recommendations based on results.
- Optimize creative, targeting, bids, and budgets daily to maximize return on investment.
- Analyze user acquisition spend and results to provide insights.
- Collaborate with the art team to ideate and test new creative experiments across platforms.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and extensive experience working in English.
- Ability to work hours similar to Japan Standard Time.
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience managing user acquisition programs across SEM and social ad platforms.
- Experience with mobile products in the APAC region, targeting a wide range of audiences.
- Familiarity with gaming, e-commerce, or Direct-to-Consumer Lead Generation verticals.
- Ability to prioritize campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Google, and LINE ads.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, proficiency in MS Suite, Google Docs, SQL, etc.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, 3rd Party Pixels, etc.
- Ability to synthesize go-to-market plans and meet key objectives.
- Passionate about gaming and media.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in a remote, globally distributed environment.
