Senior Valuation Analyst (remote) Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Investments financial valuation with proper methodologies.
• Valuation of M&A opportunities with applicable methodologies.
• Analyze and challenge investment assumptions from other departments.
• Identify and measure investment risks on shareholder value.
• Perform sensitivity analysis based on different scenarios.
• Prepare documentation for the investment approval process.
• Coordinate advisors involved in financial modelling.
• Take a proactive role in projects Development Optimization phase.
• Analyze financial information and communicate results effectively.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple client engagements.
• Research and stay updated on tax laws and renewable energy regulation.

Requirements:

• Business degree with concentration in Finance.
• At least 3 years of relevant financial modelling experience.
• Experience in the renewable industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and financial modelling.
• Ability to model tax equity schemes under the IRA.
• VBA experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
