Responsibilities:

• Execute post-production on video projects, including editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
• Film in-person events and testimonials; coordinate with external video vendors when necessary.
• Collaborate with creative and project teams to develop content aligned with project goals.
• Innovate and experiment with editing styles and visual trends to enhance video quality.
• Maintain brand consistency and technical standards across all video deliverables.
• Organize and maintain video assets for future use.
• Work across metrics like acquisition, customer revenue, and social engagement for experimentation and campaigns.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques for engaging content.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, participating actively in concept pitching, scripting, and project retrospectives.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and contractors.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable with feedback from stakeholders.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Skills in multi-camera edits, green screen keying, and VFX compositing.
• Proficiency in color grading tools and audio editing.
• Ability to lead post-production workflows, ensuring high-quality delivery under tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot technical issues related to video production.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to improving editing processes.
