SEO Manager Full Time

Summary:

eTeacher Group, a leading EdTech innovator with nearly 1,000 employees worldwide, seeks an SEO Manager to spearhead global SEO initiatives. The role focuses on driving visibility and growth through advanced SEO strategies, including AI-driven optimization and E-E-A-T compliance, while collaborating with teams to enhance online education for over 50,000 students annually.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage all SEO efforts across eTeacher’s brands, building and evolving a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives, audience needs, and product goals.
• Leverage AI tools for keyword research, content ideation, and on-page optimization, ensuring content is optimized for AI-powered search experiences like Google’s Search Generative Experience, featured snippets, and zero-click results.
• Ensure all content adheres to Google’s E-E-A-T principles (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) using semantic SEO strategies, including topic clustering, structured data, and entity optimization.
• Lead SEO efforts across websites, YouTube, and social media to ensure content is discoverable where audiences search.
• Collaborate with content creators, product managers, and designers to integrate SEO requirements into content planning and product development for long-term organic growth.
• Use tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to track traffic, rankings, and engagement, generating regular SEO performance reports and communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Manage external SEO agencies, including contract negotiation, performance reviews, and budget oversight, ensuring effective use of resources to meet business KPIs.
• Identify SEO-driven growth opportunities across markets, sales funnels, and new product verticals, using insights to shape digital marketing and product strategies.
• Stay on top of industry trends, search algorithm updates, and emerging technologies, bringing innovative thinking and proactive adaptation to improve SEO performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in SEO with a strong focus on content-led strategies, technical SEO, and managing multi-brand or multilingual sites.
• Proven track record optimizing content across web, video (YouTube), and social platforms with measurable results.
• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools (e.g., Jasper, Surfer, ChatGPT, Clearscope) and proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and data visualization tools.
• Strong ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and translate findings into actionable SEO strategies that align with business goals.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO strategy and performance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience working with and managing SEO agencies or freelancers, including contract oversight and performance evaluation (preferred).
• Google Analytics or SEO certifications (Moz, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) (preferred).
