Service Desk Analyst Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot Windows and Windows-based applications.
  • Monitor, support, and troubleshoot network and server issues.
  • Work with Windows Server and Cisco Networking.
  • Support Citrix VDI, Morpheus, and VMWare at an entry level.
  • Assist with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Antivirus, Phishing, and Backup solutions at an entry level.
  • Provide support for Project management solutions (CA PPM & Oracle), HCM and SCM solutions.
  • Work on ITSM solutions (ServiceNow), user provisioning, and support for end users.
  • Assist with ACD solutions (PureCloud), user provisioning, and provide configuration support to end users.
  • Work in a 24×7 environment in rotational shifts.
  • Perform on-call and after-hours work during peak times, including end-of-month/quarter/year.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of troubleshooting Windows and Windows-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of network and server issues.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Cisco Networking.
  • Entry-level knowledge of Citrix VDI, Morpheus, and VMWare.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Antivirus, Phishing, and Backup solutions.
  • Entry-level understanding of Project management solutions (CA PPM & Oracle), HCM and SCM solutions.
  • Strong experience with ITSM solutions (ServiceNow) and user provisioning.
  • Experience working with ACD solutions (PureCloud), including user provisioning and configuration support.
