ServiceNow Developer Full Time

Summary:

BEAT, a San Antonio-based global IT solutions provider, seeks a ServiceNow Developer for a remote, full-time role. Supporting DoD and Federal agencies, the position requires a Secret clearance and a BS in Computer Science or related field, focusing on ServiceNow platform management.

Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow platform administration and customization.
• ServiceNow User management, roles, and access control using CAC/Smartcard.
• ServiceNow Workflow design and automation.
• ServiceNow Integration with external systems.
• Application of ServiceNow updates and patches.
• Validate Security posture using STIGs and other DOD standards of OS and ServiceNOW application.
• Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules – Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management.
• Designing and maintaining ServiceNow data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery processes.
• Maintaining OS and ServiceNow compliance with upgrades, patches, and updates.
• Help design and implement ServiceNow failover activities and/or processes to execute in a disaster recovery scenario.
• System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
• Integrate external data sources into ServiceNow.
• Build custom dashboards based on custom application data models and external data sources.
• Customize and configure workflows and define notifications as part of custom workflows in applications.

Requirements:

• Years of IT related experience.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Secret Clearance.
