ServiceNow – Senior Functional Consultant for HRSD / CSM Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to define requirements, improve processes, and enhance customer outcomes.
• Ensure the delivery of solutions that are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with customer goals.
• Advise on ServiceNow tools and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining expertise in ServiceNow products and processes.
• Lead process discovery, re-engineering, and improvement sessions to create repeatable, efficient solutions.
• Document, prioritize, and support the delivery of solutions to help customers meet their project goals.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR and/or Customer Service functions, processes, and industry best practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (5-10 years).
• 2+ years working with the ServiceNow platform on current releases.
• 3+ years’ experience in management consulting, process design, or product management.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Exceptional skills in documenting process design, business requirements, agile user stories, and project collateral.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience in leading/executing strategic and operational initiatives in large organizations.
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA (Certified ServiceNow Administrator), CIS-HR (Certified Implementation Specialist for HR), and/or CIS-CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM).
