Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of ServiceNow solutions for large client programs
- Mentor and align project tasks to engineers’ skill sets
- Host workshops and implement solutions on ServiceNow platform
- Provide technical pre-sales support and input for complex projects
- Serve as primary technical contact and face of engineering team
- Define technical solutions aligned with client’s business problems
- Write/estimate Stories, monitor engineers’ work, and ensure quality
- Responsible for demos, documentation, proof of concepts, and knowledge transfer
- Monitor scope creep and resolve critical path issues with Project Manager
- Ensure solutions minimize unnecessary customization and technical debt
- Draft and publish technical and process documentation
- Prepare and facilitate customer workshops for requirements
- Collaborate on plans that drive results based on requirements and budget
- Propose product enhancements based on industry research
Requirements
- 8-12 years in application development at a SaaS, PaaS, or Enterprise Software Company
- 3+ years ServiceNow Platform Experience with understanding of architecture
- Experience with CSM, FSM, and Order Management on ServiceNow
- Passion for engineering science and technology principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex situations
- Fundamental understanding of CSM data model and relevant technologies
- Experience with documentation software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to consult as a key technical resource in client environments
- Knowledge of ITIL, CSDM, and ServiceNow product lines
- Strong scripting skills in ServiceNow using JS and related technologies
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or technology field preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist required
