Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Local Operating Procedures for security compliance
- Monitor local security situation and report risks to Regional Security Manager
- Manage security guarding services performance and contracts
- Ensure security systems are well maintained and operate properly
- Manage annual security budget and security for new construction
- Maintain local security incident database and report incidents timely
- Conduct investigations of security rule violations
- Respond to critical situations and provide security consultation
- Promote security awareness programs at site meetings
- Conduct regular security risk self-assessments
- Serve as primary interface with local law enforcement and emergency organizations
- Oversee facility operations, including maintenance, janitorial services, and landscaping
- Develop and manage facility budget and cost-saving measures
- Develop and implement facility policies and procedures
- Coordinate with departments to meet facility needs
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives
- Ensure facility compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a security-related field
- Experience in supervising or leading a team
- Experience in process flows, risk assessment, and analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to assimilate information and make decisions
- Incident/crisis management/project management skills
- Extensive physical and technical security knowledge
- Ability to conduct investigations and provide detailed reports
- Sufficient English language skills, both oral and written
